Hello, I have created an LDAP user and assigned them groups manually. Yet the user cannot login. Can you help?

Here is a screenshot of the user in Lenses:

Hello! Short answer: recreate the user in lowercase.

Longer, technical answer:
Lenses usernames are case-sensitive, but most LDAP installations are not case-sensitive.
For this reason, Lenses’s default behavior is treating LDAP as not case-sensitive (you can configure that). In this configuration, to map LDAP users to Lenses users, Lenses converts the name from LDAP to lowercase and compares it to the usernames in the database. Hence, the username in Lenses must be in lowercase to match the LDAP user.
