# Unable to connect to Azure service bus

I’m trying to connect to Azure Service Bus topic with the Source connector but am hitting this error?

Make sure that the subscription

> lenses

has been created for the topic in the Azure Portal. Subscriptions can age out. You can find more information of setting the subscription name for the Connector [here](https://docs.lenses.io/latest/connectors/kafka-connectors/sources/azure-service-bus#reading-from-topics).
