Hello.
We are currently upgrading to the latest Confluent Platform version and want to use Lenses for the Migration. Of course this means we will go with Kraft instead of the legacy Kafka consensus mechanism. We will install separate Controller nodes. One of the things we want to change is to use Jolokia instead of JMX in the future. Does Lenses support this setup.

In short: Lenses supports Jolokia for metrics.
Please refer to Infrastructure JMX Metrics | Lenses Docs for the config.
If you are using Lenses version 5 please make sure to upgrade to at least version 5.5.15 to make it work with Kraft and split role brokers.
On Lenses 6 there are no actions required : )
