Unable to see/collect AWS MSK metrics with Lenses

I’m having trouble setting up MSK metrics; I’m encountering a timeout error with the metrics. How can I resolve this?

The engineering team has identified a bug in fetching MSK metrics and is working on resolving this issue in a 5.4.* release.
